Report Manager - Creating and saving user-defined reports

 

Objective

After you have filtered and sorted the data and selected the attributes you wish to view, you have the option to define these additional parameters and filters for your report:
▪ Name
▪ Time period
▪ Schedule
 

Proceed as follows:

1. Go to Monitoring & Reporting > Report Manager.
⇨ The Report Manager window is opened.
2. In the toolbar, click (idr6q9e1.jpg) (Save view as).
⇨ The New Report window is opened.

3. Enter a name for the report and specify the time period (Period) you wish to view.
4. Save the settings by clicking [OK].

The name of the report and the time period can be changed at any time by clicking (i0rfnm83.jpg) (Edit Report).
NOTICE
 

Result

The user-defined report is saved under the entered name and can be called up at any time.

You further have the option to include backup jobs that are to be started at a scheduled time in your report, or to configure automatic report archiving and dispatch by e-mail.
